Mr. Lombard has established and managed the European subsidiaries of several public and private US corporations prior to founding PAN Consulting in the early 1990’s. Specialized in business development, PAN Consulting helps US companies establish their operations in Europe. This includes finding new customers and negotiating company acquisitions and partnerships.

Clients are Vetronix Corporation (a Bosch GmbH subsidiary), Turbodyne Technologies (transportation & environment), Matthews Associates (defense) and other public and private sector high technology corporations. PAN Consulting is also partner with the Paris US Embassy Commercial Service.
